Sensational Salsa Rice


For a quick and tasty side dish: 

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of salsa (per serving of rice) after rice has absorbed all the cooking water and is about done cooking (or if you’re like me, buy a packet of pre-cooked rice, pour it in a pan, and add the salsa when the rice has about a minute left of heating time).
  • It’s simple and perfectly seasoned!
